- If you wish to purchase a gift voucher and want us to send it to your home in a gift-wrapped box, you must contact us by email at experienciasluxury@calmluxury.com indicating your name and surname, contact telephone number and delivery address. Deliveries will have an additional cost (please consult) and a delivery time of 48h to 72h. The Spa will not be responsible for possible delays on the part of the courier company - Our therapists are boys and girls, if you have any preference you must indicate it within a maximum period of 48 hours before the appointment to meet your request and to reorganize the therapists, we will do everything possible to meet your wishes but we want you to understand that our services are strictly professional and developed by real professionals in chiromassage and aesthetics, we will put all our effort to meet the request but we can not guarantee 100%. In case of not advising preference we can not guarantee the last minute change and must apply the cancellation policy in case you do not want to enjoy the service for this reason, we hope your understanding because in each reservation we are a great team of people involved with the desire that everything goes with the maximum possible perfection and enjoy a unique experience Due to the organisation of the agenda and therapists it is possible that if you make a reservation directly or purchase a gift voucher you may receive a call from our spa to change the time of your reservation.
