- Price for any day of the week with a minimum of 2 people for the reservation/purchase- We inform you that although the spa time is private, if during the course of the spa our staff needs access for any emergency or urgency you will be able to enter. We also inform you that 5 minutes before the end of the time our staff will enter to let you know that the time is going to end and the following clients will have to enter- This service is only available during the times specified for it, you can check it on our website. It is not allowed to book more time than the service is available. Bookings with multiple schedules will be cancelled - YOU MUST BE 15 minutes BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT IN OUR SPA TO TAKE THE COVID PREVENTION MEASURES!!! IN CASE OF DELAY THE TIME TO ENJOY THE SERVICE WILL NOT BE EXTENDED - If you wish to purchase a gift voucher and want us to send it to your home in a gift-wrapped box, you must contact us by email at experienciasluxury@calmluxury.com indicating your name and surname, contact telephone number and delivery address. Deliveries will have an additional cost (please consult) and a delivery time of 48h to 72h. The Spa will not be responsible for possible delays on the part of the courier company - In case of adding massage: Our therapists are boys and girls, if you have any preference you must indicate it within a maximum period of 48 hours before the appointment in order to meet your request and to reorganize the therapists, we will do everything possible to meet your wishes but we want you to understand that our services are strictly professional and developed by real professionals in chiromassage and aesthetics. In case of not advising preference we can not guarantee the last minute change and must apply the cancellation policy in case you do not want to enjoy the service for this reason, we hope your understanding because in each reservation we are a great team of people involved with the will that everything goes with the maximum possible perfection and enjoy a unique experience.-The use of any image or video recorded within the spa facilities for pornographic or sexual purposes or for broadcasting on adult content platforms is expressly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the adoption of appropriate legal measures, including the prohibition of future access to the spa and the filing of appropriate legal action.
