Changes and Returns Policy

1. Change the name of the beneficiary

If you wish to change the name of the voucher beneficiary or replace it with another name, you can do so from the Manage Voucher section on the Spalopia website.

2. Exchange the service for another on Spalopia.com

You can exchange the service for another on spalopia.com by accessing the Manage Voucher section and taking into account the following requirements:

• If the treatment you wish to purchase has the same price, you only need to provide us with the details of the new treatment, amount, and spa name.
• If the price of the new service is higher than the contracted one, you will need to pay the difference by bank transfer.
• If the price of the new service is lower than the contracted one, you will forfeit the difference.

3. Extend the validity of the voucher

The validity of the voucher will be extended provided the following cases are met:

• That the spa continues to offer the purchased treatment at the same price.
• If the price has changed, you must pay the difference by bank transfer or exchange it for another service on spalopia.com.
• If the price of the service you wish to purchase is lower than the contracted one, you will forfeit the difference.
• If the treatment is no longer offered at the spa or you do not wish to accept the expired voucher, you will need to exchange the voucher for a gift card of equal value to the original voucher.

In the case of Spa Vouchers without an associated date, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of the voucher amount.

In the case of bookings with an associated date or Hotel Spa Breaks, the refund depends on the fare and the service's refund policy. In the case of non-refundable fares, Spalopia will not be able to issue a refund under any circumstances.
