We invite you to enjoy our facilities calmly and respectfully, in an atmosphere of serenity and personal care.

ACCESS AND MINIMUM AGE

●       Access to the spa is permitted to those over 16 years of age.

●       Children under this age may only access the spa during Family Wellness hours, accompanied by an adult.

●       We remind you that the spa is an environment of silence and relaxation. We kindly ask you to keep your voice down and avoid using your cell phone.

RESERVATIONS AND PUNCTUALITY

●       We recommend booking in advance to guarantee the availability of your desired treatment.

●       We suggest arriving 15 minutes before your appointment to enjoy the welcome ritual without rushing.

●       If you arrive late, the duration of the treatment may be adjusted to accommodate subsequent reservations.

CANCELLATIONS

●       Cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to the full charge of the reserved treatment.

●       Cancellations communicated further in advance will not incur a penalty.

●       In case of no-show, 100% of the service amount will be charged.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

●       For your well-being, please inform our team of any medical conditions, allergies, ongoing treatments, or injuries before beginning any experience.

●       Some treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or in certain medical circumstances. Our team will discreetly and professionally advise you on the most suitable alternatives.

WELLNESS RECOMMENDATIONS

●       We recommend turning off your cell phone or keeping it on silent mode inside the spa.

●       Avoid alcohol consumption before or after treatments.

●       Drink water or detox teas to promote hydration and enhance the effects of your experience.
