We kindly ask you to keep your voice down and avoid using your cell phone.RESERVATIONS AND PUNCTUALITY●       We recommend booking in advance to guarantee the availability of your desired treatment.●       We suggest arriving 15 minutes before your appointment to enjoy the welcome ritual without rushing.●       If you arrive late, the duration of the treatment may be adjusted to accommodate subsequent reservations. CANCELLATIONS●       Cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to the full charge of the reserved treatment.●       Cancellations communicated further in advance will not incur a penalty.●       In case of no-show, 100% of the service amount will be charged.HEALTH CONDITIONS●       For your well-being, please inform our team of any medical conditions, allergies, ongoing treatments, or injuries before beginning any experience.●       Some treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or in certain medical circumstances.
