For the spa, it is mandatory to bring a swimming cap, swimsuit or bikini, and flip-flops. If you need any of these items, we have them available for purchase in our Boutique. A towel will be provided at the spa.The restaurant is Cinquecento, located just a few meters from the spa at Avenida del Puerto, 3. It is NOT inside the hotel.Please check the menu at the spa reception, as well as the included drink.In case of intolerances, you must inform us at the time of booking, and it is also mandatory to inform the restaurant.This service is NOT a private spa experience, so you will share the facilities with other guests.This service is not valid for group bookings of 5 or more people. In that case, please consult our Beauty Party group rates. If multiple appointments are booked to reach a total of 5 or more people and they belong to the same group, we will proceed with the cancellation of the booking and/or request payment of the price difference to the Beauty Party rate.The maximum capacity of 8 people refers to different bookings and is not valid for a single booking.This service is available only at the specific time slots indicated for it, which you can check on our website. It is not allowed to book more time than the service includes. Bookings made for multiple time slots will be cancelled, as by spa policy it is not possible to book more than 1 hour of spa circuit, in order to give other guests the opportunity to book.Not valid for guests under 16 years old.This service is not valid when combined with the “Spa Kids – Family & Kids” service.If you would like to purchase a gift voucher and want us to send it to your address in a wrapped gift box, you must contact us by email at experienciasluxury@calmluxury.com, providing your full name, contact phone number, and shipping address. Shipping will have an additional cost (please ask for details) and a delivery time of 48 to 72 hours. The spa is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company.In case of massage: Our therapists are both male and female. If you have any preference, you must let us know no later than 48 hours before the appointment so we can accommodate your request and reorganize the team. We will do our best to meet your wishes, but please understand that our services are strictly professional and performed by fully qualified massage and beauty therapists. If no preference is communicated, we cannot guarantee last-minute changes, and our cancellation policy will apply if you decide not to receive the service for this reason.
