- We would like to inform you that although the spa time is private, if during your session our staff needs to access the area due to an emergency or urgent matter, they may enter. We also inform you that 5 minutes before the end of your session, our staff will come in to let you know that the time is about to finish, as the next guests will need to enter.
- If you wish to purchase a gift voucher and would like us to send it to your home in a gift box, you must contact us by email at experienciasluxury@calmluxury.com indicating your full name, contact telephone number and delivery address. Shipments will have an additional cost (please enquire) and a delivery time of 48 to 72 hours. The Spa will not be held responsible for any possible delays caused by the courier company.
Our therapists are both male and female. If you have any preference, you must let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment so that we can try to accommodate your request and reorganise the therapists. We will do everything possible to fulfil your wishes, but we would like you to understand that our services are strictly professional and carried out by qualified professionals in bodywork and aesthetics. We will make every effort to meet your request, but we cannot guarantee it 100%. If no preference is indicated in advance, we cannot guarantee last-minute changes and our cancellation policy will apply should you decide not to enjoy the service for this reason. We appreciate your understanding, as each reservation involves a large team of people committed to ensuring everything runs as perfectly as possible so that you enjoy a truly unique experience.
For scheduling and staffing reasons, if you make a direct reservation or purchase a gift voucher, you may receive a call from our spa to adjust the time of your appointment.
