SPRUNCH

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the SPRUNCH experience, which combines a wellness circuit with a healthy brunch.

1. Service description

SPRUNCH is an experience that includes:

Access 50' to a wellness circuit.

A healthy and balanced brunch.

Both services may be enjoyed together on the same day or on separate days, depending on availability and the client’s choice at the time of booking.

2. Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability.

Advance booking is recommended.

The venue may request prior confirmation of attendance.

3. Wellness circuit usage conditions

Access to the circuit requires the use of:

Swimwear

Shower cap

Flip-flops

The venue reserves the right to deny access to anyone who does not comply with these hygiene and safety requirements.

4. Duration and service use

The duration of the circuit and brunch will be determined by the venue at the time of booking.

Both services may be enjoyed on the same day or on different dates, always within the validity period of the voucher, if applicable.

5. Cancellations and modifications

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Cancellations made outside this timeframe or no-shows may result in the loss of the service or non-refund of the amount paid, unless otherwise stated by the venue.

Date changes are subject to availability.

6. Punctuality

Guests are advised to arrive in advance. Late arrival may result in a reduced experience time or loss of the reservation, depending on availability.

7. Health conditions

Guests are advised to consider their health condition before using the wellness circuit facilities. The venue is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to follow this recommendation.

8. Code of conduct

Guests must behave respectfully towards staff, facilities, and other customers at all times. Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the service without entitlement to a refund.

9. Modifications

The venue reserves the right to modify these terms for operational, safety, or service improvement reasons.
