* To make use of your "Gift voucher" it is necessary to book in advance, you can do so through our website (www.spalaquinta.com). Just click on "Make your reservation" and in the corresponding treatment, choose the option "Reservation". in the payment method selection, choose the option "I have a voucher ID" and enter your locator.* If you have any queries about your booking you can contact us on 922 300 951 or via Whatsapp on 685 855 134.* Gift vouchers are non-refundable. If you book an appointment to redeem the voucher and do not show up, or cancel with less than 4 hours notice, the voucher will be considered used.* The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, during which time it must be used in its entirety.* Access to the Aquatic Space is restricted to those over 16 years of age, and the use of the sports facilities to those over 14 years of age. Please note that, if required, we will ask for an ID card to verify age * Access to the aquatic circuit will be by means of a card which will be handed out at reception. A deposit of 5€ in cash will be requested, refundable at the end of the experience.* Please be punctual, out of respect for the reservations of other clients, if you arrive late, it will not be possible to extend your reservation time.* For a good use and enjoyment of our facilities it is essential to wear a swimming costume.* Access to the spa is located on the right side of the building and has a separate entrance, different from the main entrance.* You must bring your own towel and slippers (not provided at the Centre)
