- To redeem your gift voucher, it is necessary to book in advance. You can do so through our website (www.spalaquinta.com). Simply click on "Haz tu reserva", select the corresponding treatment, and choose the "Reserva" option. At the payment method step, select "I have a voucher ID" and enter your code.

- Gift vouchers are non-refundable. If you book an appointment to redeem your voucher and fail to show up, or cancel with less than 4 hours' notice, the voucher will be considered used.
- The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be used within that period.
- Access to the Aquatic Area is restricted to guests over 16 years old, and access to sports facilities is limited to those over 14. Please note that ID may be required to verify age.
- Access to the aquatic circuit will be provided via a card issued at reception. A €5 cash deposit is required, which will be refunded at the end of your visit.
- Please be punctual. Out of respect for other clients, if you arrive late, your time cannot be extended.
- A swimsuit is mandatory to ensure proper use and enjoyment of our facilities.
- The spa entrance is located on the right-hand side of the building and is separate from the main entrance.
- You must bring your own towel and slippers (these will not be provided at the Center).
