GENERAL TERMS OF USE - Before coming to the SPA, please leave all your jewelry and valuables in your room. The SPA is not responsible for lost items. - We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your treatment to complete the health evaluation form and have time to relax in the tranquil environment of our facilities.

 CANCELLATION POLICY - Out of respect for other clients' reservations, please note that we cannot extend the time of your treatment if you arrive late; the full treatment time will be charged. - If you need to cancel a reservation, please inform us 24 hours in advance. Cancellation of any SPA treatment or service made 4 hours before the appointment will incur a 15% charge, and the next appointment will be subject to availability. - If you do not show up for your appointment, it will be canceled, and an additional charge of 50% of the service value will be applied to your account. - Treatments are strictly professional; any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate suspension of the session without any refund.
