We ask that you leave your valuables in the safe in your room or at home. The centre cannot be held responsible for any personal valuables brought into the centre or left in the locker, and no outside food or drink should be brought in. Any client who is under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed access to the centre, and will not be able to receive any treatment.You can cancel or modify your booking at least 24 hours in advance within the opening hours of the centre. After this period, 100% of the service will be charged.** The voucher is non-refundable.Arrival at the centreIt is compulsory to arrive at the centre 15 minutes beforehand. In case of delay, the treatment time will be limited, ending at the stipulated time to avoid interfering with the following bookings. The full amount of the contracted service will be charged.Centre etiquetteAll our facilities and areas are unisex, so bathing suits are compulsory. Towels and flip-flops will be provided at the centre. Bathing caps are not compulsory. Respect and silence are essential requirements to enjoy our experiences. It is compulsory to keep a soft voice and to keep your mobile phone switched off in the locker. Please behave correctly within our facilities, subject to capacity and availability.
