Reservations Reservations are required in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Please leave your valuables in the safe in your room or at home. The center is not responsible for personal valuables brought to the center or left in the locker. No outside food or drinks should be brought in.

Any client under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed access to the center and will not be able to receive any treatment.

Reservations can be canceled or modified at least 24 hours in advance during the center's opening hours. After this period, 100% of the service will be charged.

Arrival at the Center It is mandatory to arrive at the center 15 minutes in advance. In case of delay, treatment time will be limited, ending at the scheduled time to avoid interfering with subsequent reservations. The full amount of the contracted service will also be charged.

Center Etiquette

All our facilities and areas are unisex, so swimsuits are mandatory. The use of a swim cap is not mandatory.

Respect and Silence

These are essential requirements to enjoy our experiences. It is mandatory to maintain a soft voice and keep your cell phone turned off in the locker. Please behave appropriately within our facilities.
