Show up at the spa at the agreed time. you do not need to print anything — your confirmation email is enough.
Bookings can be cancelled for free up to 24h before. vouchers have a 14-day refund policy and if they expire they convert into Spalopia credit.

We ask that you leave your valuables in the safe in your room or at home. The centre cannot be held responsible for any personal valuables brought into the centre or left in the locker, and no outside food or drink should be brought in. "El ambiente es precioso, pero está muy cortito de servicios. La zona de vestuario no cuenta con VC ni con duchas, esas instalaciones están dentro de la zona de spa: dos duchas para todos y aseos sin luz; no te facilitan toallas y en nuestro caso no funcionaba ni el baño turco ni uno de los chorros para cervicales."
