Access to the SPA

• Swimsuit or bikini required.
• Appropriate footwear required (flip‑flops or water shoes).
• Swimming cap not required.
• A €1 coin is required for the lockers (refundable).
• Long hair must be tied up.

Please do not bring food or drinks from outside.
Access will not be permitted to clients under the influence of alcohol, and they will not receive treatments.

Health, hygiene and behaviour rules

• If the client has any medical condition, injury, discomfort, allergy or takes medication, they must inform the staff before the treatment so it can be adapted safely.
• In case of pregnancy, it is mandatory to inform the staff, as some treatments or techniques may not be suitable.
• Please arrive with proper personal hygiene to ensure the comfort of clients and staff.
• Our centre is a therapeutic and professional space, and absolute respect towards staff and facilities is required.

Otherwise, the treatment will be ended immediately, no refund will be issued, and future access may be denied.

Children’s access rules

Minors must always be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

1 adult per 5 children is required.

• Child massage is valid only for children under 15 years old.

Spalopia voucher conditions

Vouchers valid Friday to Sunday can be used Tuesday to Sunday, with no refund of the price difference.
Vouchers valid Tuesday to Thursday can be used Friday to Sunday, paying the difference.

Important SPA circuit rules

• Duration: 90 minutes per reservation.
• Last access: 2 hours before closing.
• Pools close 30 minutes before closing time.
• Leaving the water is mandatory at that time.

Arrival to the centre

In case of delay, treatment time will be reduced and will end at the scheduled time.
The full amount of the service will be charged.
You are recommended to arrive 15 minutes early to prepare calmly.

Modification and cancellation

• Vouchers and reservations are non‑refundable.
• Changes or cancellations may be made at least 24 h in advance.
• With less than 24 h, the service will be considered used.
