Punctuality
We kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
If you arrive late, the time lost will be deducted from the total duration of the treatment or spa session, with no refund or compensation provided.

Relaxation Environment
We ask that you maintain a respectful and quiet demeanor. Please silence your mobile phone and avoid speaking loudly in order to preserve a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.

Health Conditions
If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or have any circumstances that should be taken into consideration, we kindly ask that you inform us at the time of booking so that we can adapt your treatment safely.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or modify your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the full amount being charged.

Minimum Age Requirement
Access to the spa is permitted only to individuals aged 18 and over, unless attending a treatment specifically designed for minors and accompanied by an authorized adult.

Personal Belongings
The spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. We recommend that you do not bring valuables to the premises.

All vouchers purchased, whether through the website or at physical points of sale, are valid for six months from the date of issue.
