These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of the 50-Minute Wellness Circuit + 30-Minute Signature Massage experience, which combines access to the wellness circuit with a personalized relaxing massage.
1. Service Description
50-minute Wellness Circuit.
30-minute Signature Massage by Natura Bissé.
Both services may be enjoyed on the same day, consecutively, or on separate days, subject to the hotel's availability and the guest's preference at the time of booking.
2. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability.
Advance booking is highly recommended.
The hotel may require prior confirmation of attendance.
For reservations of two guests, massages may not be available simultaneously, depending on the availability of treatment rooms and therapists.
3. Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made after this period or failure to attend may result in the loss of the service or the forfeiture of the amount paid, unless otherwise stated by the hotel.
Date changes are subject to availability.
4. Punctuality
Guests are kindly requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment or wellness circuit time, or the cancellation of the reservation, depending on availability.
5. Wellness Circuit Access
To access the Wellness Circuit, guests are required to bring a swimsuit, shower cap, and flip-flops. Guests are also encouraged to bring a towel and any personal items they may require, unless otherwise specified by the hotel.
6. Health Conditions
Guests are advised to consider their health condition before using the wellness facilities or receiving the massage. It is the guest's responsibility to inform the staff of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or any other circumstances that may affect the safe enjoyment of the experience. The hotel accepts no responsibility for any issues arising from failure to disclose such information.
7. Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, facilities, and other guests at all times and to comply with the rules governing the use of the wellness circuit. Failure to do so may result in removal from the facilities without entitlement to a refund.
8. Amendments
The hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions for operational, safety, maintenance, or service improvement reasons.
