Select the service and number of people. you can choose between booking with a date and time or buying a voucher to use whenever you want.

If you book with a date, your spot is confirmed immediately. if you buy a voucher, you can gift it or use it within the next 12 months by calling the spa to arrange a date and time.

Right after paying you will receive an email with all the details. if you bought a voucher, the PDF will be attached ready to print or send via WhatsApp.

Show up at the spa at the agreed time. you do not need to print anything — your confirmation email is enough.

Bookings can be cancelled for free up to 24h before. vouchers have a 14-day refund policy and if they expire they convert into Spalopia credit.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early. If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened so as not to inconvenience the next client, whom we must see on time.

CIRCUIT RULES:

- Access is restricted to those aged 16 and over (except during ‘Junior’ hours).

- We will provide you with a towel and non-slip flip-flops. For your own safety, please do not walk barefoot to avoid accidents.

- Swimsuits/bikinis and swimming caps must be worn (swimming caps are available for purchase at Reception).

- For hygiene reasons, you must shower before entering the pool and after using the sauna and hammam.

- The use of a towel is compulsory on sun loungers, in the sauna and on heated beds.

- Please keep your voice down to respect the peaceful atmosphere.

- Mobile phones, cameras and other electronic devices are not permitted in the Wellness Circuit.
