Terms and Conditions of ServiceRECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROPER USE OF THE SPAThe minimum age to access the Spa is 14 years.The Spa environment is a place of relaxation and tranquility.Please respect the privacy rights of all Spa users. To this end, avoid speaking loudly and using mobile phones, cameras, or other electronic devices while using the facilities.Changing rooms with showers are available, and a towel will be provided for use during your visit.For safety and hygiene reasons, swimwear (nudity is not permitted) and slippers must be worn at all times during the Teide Esencias Spa Circuit, including in saunas and steam baths.It is mandatory to use towels on benches and other surfaces within the circuit, and to shower before using steam baths and pools.The jacuzzi and cold-water pool contain a high level of chlorine; therefore, contact with eyes and mucous membranes should be avoided.Please leave wet towels in the designated areas and the locker key in the lock at the end of your visit.Entry to the Teide Esencias Spa Circuit includes access to the hotel pool.Punctuality for your appointment is highly appreciated.
