GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE - Before coming to the SPA leave all your jewellery and valuables in the room. The SPA is not responsible for lost items. - We recommend that you arrive 10 min. prior to your treatment to complete the health assessment form and have time to relax in the tranquil surroundings of our facilities.CANCELLATION POLICY - Out of respect for other clients' bookings, please note that we cannot extend your treatment time if you arrive late, which will be charged in full. - If you need to cancel a booking, please inform us 24 hours in advance. Cancellation of any treatment or SPA service made 4 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 15% and the next appointment will be subject to availability. - If you do not show up for your appointment, it will be cancelled and an additional charge of 50% of the value of the service will be made to your account. - Treatments are strictly professional; any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of the session with no refund.
