It also relaxes the muscles, relieving tension and relaxing the body.

- Ayurvedic: Massage based on the Hindu philosophy Ayurveda, which combines gliding and finger-pressure on the "marma" points or vital points of energy balance. It reduces physical, muscular, mental and emotional tension, favouring physical and mental relaxation and stress reduction. On a physical level it helps the immune, respiratory, nervous, endocrine, circulatory, muscular, skeletal, digestive and lymphatic systems.

- Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi: Global massage, in which several parts of the body are worked simultaneously, by means of pressure and deep movements. The masseuses use fingers, hands, forearms and elbows to reduce tension and promote body toning.
