Spa Rural Los Ánades

Los Ánades Rural Spa is located in Abánades, a small village in Guadalajara of just 70 inhabitants, where you can totally disconnect from the daily routine and stress, getting in touch with nature and the rural environment, within the rural Hotel Los Ánades****, with traditional rural style rooms, with stone walls and wooden beams. Its thermal circuit consists of a bath, whirlpool baths and hot tubs.They suggest an orientative tour of its facilities: 1.- We start the circuit with a shower, located next to the Jacuzzi. 2.- We take a Steam Bath (hammam) of about 25', which can be in 2 periods interspersed with a shower of warm water (stone hut with glass door). 3.- We continue with the Hydro-massage or Jacuzzi, about 20'. 4.- We take a shower with warm water. 5.- We dry off well and go into the infrared Sauna for about 20' (wooden hut with glass door). 6.- We take a shower, dry off and go to the Thermal Loungers where we will spend the rest of the time, approximately 10' to recover and relax.
