Herbal pindas massage:
This is a wellness and relaxation therapy originating from traditional Asian medicine, specifically from India and Thailand. This technique uses small bags filled with handmade medicinal herbs, called pindas, which are heated before the massage to release the aromas and therapeutic properties of the herbs. The plants and oils used to make the pindas depend on the therapeutic needs of the client.
During the massage, the pindas are pressed and slid over the muscles and tension points of the body, releasing the essential oils and properties of the herbs into the skin. This massage combines traditional massage techniques with the therapeutic benefits of herbs, which helps to relax the muscles, reduce tension, relieve stress, activate the chakras on an energetic and physical level and drain the lymph.
The combination of the warmth of the pindas with the aromatic properties of the herbs creates a unique and relaxing sensory experience. In addition, the healing properties of the herbs can help improve circulation, relieve muscle and joint pain, and promote a general sense of well-being.
