08:30h – 09:15h | Morning Yoga Session
The session includes:
- Guided practice suitable for all levels (flexibility, breathwork, and relaxation)
- Outdoor practice in a natural, tranquil environment
- Yoga mat and necessary equipment provided
09:30h – 10:30h | Breakfast Buffet at Sens Restaurant
Breakfast includes:
- Wide selection of fresh produce, sliced fruit, and pastries
- Healthy options, cereal selection, and nuts
- Hot dishes and live show-cooking for omelettes and crêpes
- Customised smoothies and a selection of juices, coffees, and teas
11:30h – 14:30h | Be Aloe SPA Circuit (3 hours)
The circuit includes:
- Finnish sauna (temperatures between 80°C and 90°C)
- Steam bath with eucalyptus aroma
- Oxygen therapy cabin with heated seating
- Ice fountain
- Two bithermal contrast showers
- Relaxation area with Wi-Fi, selection of teas, water, and reading space
- Outdoor therapeutic pool with hydromassage jets and bubble beds
