What do you want to do?

Select the service and number of people. you can choose between booking with a date and time or buying a voucher to use whenever you want.

If you book with a date, your spot is confirmed immediately. if you buy a voucher, you can gift it or use it within the next 12 months by calling the spa to arrange a date and time.

Right after paying you will receive an email with all the details. if you bought a voucher, the PDF will be attached ready to print or send via WhatsApp.

Show up at the spa at the agreed time. you do not need to print anything — your confirmation email is enough.

Bookings can be cancelled for free up to 24h before. vouchers have a 14-day refund policy and if they expire they convert into Spalopia credit.

BOOKINGS AND PUNCTUALITY

● We recommend booking in advance to ensure the availability of your chosen treatment.

● We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to enjoy the welcome ritual at your leisure.

● If you are running late, the duration of your treatment may be adjusted to accommodate subsequent bookings.

CANCELLATIONS

● Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to the full charge for the booked treatment.

● Cancellations notified further in advance will incur no charge.

● In the event of a no-show, 100 per cent of the service charge will be applied.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

● For your own well-being, please inform our team of any medical conditions, allergies, ongoing treatments or injuries before beginning any treatment.

● Certain treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or in certain medical circumstances. Our team will advise you discreetly and professionally on the most suitable alternatives.
