What do you want to do?

Select the service and number of people. you can choose between booking with a date and time or buying a voucher to use whenever you want.

If you book with a date, your spot is confirmed immediately. if you buy a voucher, you can gift it or use it within the next 12 months by calling the spa to arrange a date and time.

Right after paying you will receive an email with all the details. if you bought a voucher, the PDF will be attached ready to print or send via WhatsApp.

Show up at the spa at the agreed time. you do not need to print anything — your confirmation email is enough.

Bookings can be cancelled for free up to 24h before. vouchers have a 14-day refund policy and if they expire they convert into Spalopia credit.

Welcome to the Serras Andorra Spa, a space designed for your rest, well-being, and inner harmony.

ACCESS AND MINIMUM AGE

Access to the SPA is permitted for guests aged 16 and over.

Children under this age may only enter during Family Wellness hours and must be accompanied by an adult.

Please remember that the spa is an environment of silence and relaxation. We kindly ask you to keep your voice soft and avoid using mobile phones.

RESERVATIONS AND PUNCTUALITY

We recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability for your desired treatment.

We suggest arriving 15 minutes before your appointment to fully enjoy the welcome ritual without feeling rushed.

If you arrive late, the duration of your treatment may be adjusted to respect the following reservations.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours in advance will incur the full charge of the booked treatment.

Cancellations communicated earlier will not incur a penalty.

In case of no-show, 100% of the service cost will be applied.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

For your well-being, we kindly ask you to inform our team of any medical conditions, allergies, ongoing treatments, or injuries before starting any experience.

Some treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or under certain medical circumstances. Our team will discreetly and professionally guide you toward the most suitable alternatives.
