From 10am to 11:30am is special family timetable and children from 4 to 17 years old can access the spa circuit accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to use the jacuzzis, sauna and Turkish bath, and must bring a swimming costume, rubber flip-flops, towel and a €1 coin for the locker area to access the spa circuit. Long hair must be tied back and you are not allowed to enter the spa without suitable footwear (flip-flops or booties). If flip-flops are not available, they can be purchased at the centre at a price of 3€. If towels are not available, we offer the use of the spa towels for a rental of 2€ per towel and additionally a cash deposit of 10€ per towel will be required.BookingIt is necessary to book in advance. Reservations can be made through our website or by emailing electrónicocadiz@senziaspa.com.Reservas and vouchers are non-refundable. Usage rulesWe ask you to leave your valuables in the safe in your room or at home. The centre cannot be held responsible for any personal valuables brought into the centre or left in the locker. Any client who is under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed access to the centre, and will not be able to receive any treatment.Cancellation policyReservations and vouchers are non-refundable.You can cancel or modify your reservation at least 24 hours in advance within the opening hours of the centre. After this period, 100% of the service will be charged.Arrival at the centreIt is compulsory to arrive at the centre at least 15 minutes in advance. In case of delay, the treatment time will be limited, finishing at the stipulated time to avoid interfering with the following bookings. The full amount of the contracted service will be charged.Centre etiquetteAll our facilities and areas are unisex, so bathing suits are compulsory. It is necessary to bring a towel, rubber flip-flops and a €1 coin for the locker.Long hair must be tied back.Respect and silence are essential requirements to enjoy our experiences. It is compulsory to keep a soft voice and to keep your mobile phone switched off in the locker. Please behave properly inside our facilities.
