What do you want to do?

Select the service and number of people. you can choose between booking with a date and time or buying a voucher to use whenever you want.

If you book with a date, your spot is confirmed immediately. if you buy a voucher, you can gift it or use it within the next 12 months by calling the spa to arrange a date and time.

Right after paying you will receive an email with all the details. if you bought a voucher, the PDF will be attached ready to print or send via WhatsApp.

Show up at the spa at the agreed time. you do not need to print anything — your confirmation email is enough.

Bookings can be cancelled for free up to 24h before. vouchers have a 14-day refund policy and if they expire they convert into Spalopia credit.

You must book in advance. You can do this via our website https://www.montanyahotel.com/es/spa-barcelona/ or by emailing us at montanya@senziaspa.com.

Please leave your valuables in the in-room safe or at home. The centre accepts no responsibility for any personal valuables that
are brought onto the premises or left in the lockers. You must not bring food or drink from outside. Any customer found to be under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted entry to the centre and will not be able to receive any treatment.

Cancellation policy
Bookings may be cancelled or amended at least 24 hours in advance during the centre’s opening hours. After this period, 100% of the
service.

Arrival at the centre
You must arrive at the centre 15 minutes in advance. In the event of a delay, the treatment time will be shortened, ending at the scheduled time to
avoid disrupting subsequent bookings. You will still be charged the full amount for the service booked.

Centre etiquette
All our facilities and areas are unisex, so swimwear is compulsory. We will provide both a towel and flip-flops at the centre. A swimming cap is not compulsory

Respect and quiet
These are essential requirements for enjoying our experiences. You must speak in a quiet tone and ensure your mobile phone is
switched off in your locker. We ask that you behave appropriately whilst on our premises.
