- Swimsuit or bikini required.
- Long hair must be tied up.
- Appropriate footwear required (flip‑flops or water shoes).
- Swimming cap not required.
- €1 coin required for lockers (refundable).
- No outside food or drinks allowed.
- Clients under the influence of alcohol will not be admitted or receive treatments.

- Appropriate behaviour is required at all times.

Children’s access
- Minors must always be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
- 1 adult per 5 children is required.
- Child entry valid up to 15 years old.

Spalopia vouchers
- If the client purchases a voucher valid from Friday to Sunday through Spalopia, they may use it from Tuesday to Sunday, but the price difference will not be refunded if used on lower‑rate days (Tuesday to Thursday).
No refund applies when used on a cheaper day.
- If the client purchases a voucher valid from Tuesday to Thursday, they may use it from Friday to Sunday by paying the price difference.
Use on higher‑rate days is permitted by paying the supplement.

SPA Circuit rules
- Duration: 90 minutes.
- Last access: 2 hours before closing.
- Pools close 30 minutes before closing time.
- Leaving the water is mandatory.

Arrival
- In case of delay, the treatment time will be reduced and will end at the scheduled time to avoid affecting subsequent reservations.
- The full amount of the booked service will be charged.
- It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to change and prepare calmly.

- Vouchers and reservations are non-refundable.
- Changes allowed with 24 h notice.
- Less than 24 h: the service will be considered used.
