Access to the SPA

Please do not bring food or drinks from outside.
Access will not be permitted to clients under the influence of alcohol, and they will not receive treatments.

Health, hygiene and behaviour rules

• If the client has any medical condition, injury, discomfort, allergy or takes medication, they must inform the staff before the treatment so it can be adapted safely.
• In case of pregnancy, it is mandatory to inform the staff, as some treatments or techniques may not be suitable.
• Please arrive with proper personal hygiene to ensure the comfort of clients and staff.
• Our centre is a therapeutic and professional space, and absolute respect towards staff and facilities is required.

Otherwise, the treatment will be ended immediately, no refund will be issued, and future access may be denied.

Tuesday to Thursday
General hours: 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–21:00

Friday to Sunday
General hours: 10:00–21:00

Spalopia voucher conditions

Vouchers valid Friday to Sunday can be used Tuesday to Sunday, with no refund of the price difference.
Vouchers valid Tuesday to Thursday can be used Friday to Sunday, paying the difference.

Arrival to the centre

In case of delay, treatment time will be reduced and will end at the scheduled time.
The full amount of the service will be charged.
You are recommended to arrive 15 minutes early to prepare calmly.

Modification and cancellation

• Vouchers and reservations are non‑refundable.
• Changes or cancellations may be made at least 24 h in advance.
• With less than 24 h, the service will be considered used.
