A journey along the route of delights

Our family session starts at 10.00 am and is for children (aged 4 and over, up to under 18). A maximum of two children may be accompanied by one adult, who will be responsible for ensuring the facilities are used appropriately, in accordance with the centre’s guidelines.

*The use of hot tubs, saunas, the indoor climate room and the Turkish bath is restricted to those aged 18 and over. The use of armbands or floats is not permitted.

Cancellation policy.

Conditions for amending paid bookings:
• Appointments may be changed during the centre’s opening hours.
• If made more than 24 hours in advance, the appointment will be changed at no extra charge, subject to availability.
• If you wish to change the date and time of a paid-for service with less than 24 hours’ notice, the service will be treated as having been used and no refund will be given.

Arrival at the centre.

You must arrive at the centre 15 minutes in advance, except at 10.00 and 17.00 (opening times); in the event of a delay, the treatment time (facials, etc.) will be shortened and will end at the stipulated time to avoid disrupting subsequent treatment bookings. The full amount for the booked service will still be charged.

Centre etiquette.

All our facilities and areas are unisex, so swimwear is compulsory. We will provide both a towel and flip-flops at the centre. A swimming cap is not compulsory, but long hair must be tied back. Our showers do not provide soap.

Please leave your valuables in the safe in your room or at home. The centre accepts no responsibility for any personal valuables brought onto the premises or left in the lockers. You must not bring food or drink from outside. Any customer found to be under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted entry to the centre and will not be able to receive any treatment.

The use of mobile phones is not permitted within our premises.

Respect and silence.

These are essential requirements for enjoying our experiences. You must speak in a quiet voice and keep your mobile phone switched off in your locker. We ask that you behave appropriately within our premises. Entry is not permitted without flip-flops or slippers.
