*For safety reasons, this type of massage is not recommended in the following cases: if you have undergone surgery in the last 12 months; have implants, prostheses, or recent surgical materials; if you are undergoing medical rehabilitation or physiotherapy; if you have musculoskeletal problems (dislocations, hernias, fractures, sprains, tendinitis or acute inflammation, joint pain, or limited mobility); pregnancy or recent postpartum (at least 1 year).*Before the session, the client must inform the therapist of any existing medical condition, injury, or pain so that the massage can be adapted or its suitability determined.*By booking the service, the client confirms that they have read the contraindications and declares that they do not have any medical condition that would prevent them from receiving the massage.* The time selected when booking corresponds to the exact start time of the treatment. The treatment includes access to the spa, and it must be booked two hours in advance.* For operational reasons and to preserve the quality of our facilities, access to the spa will not be possible after the treatment has concluded.* Use of the spa included with treatments is subject to the circuit's rules, which the client must respect at all times.* The center provides a complimentary towel with each treatment.* We do not guarantee treatment by a specific therapist. Assignments are based on equipment availability at the time of booking.
