The gift card works like a prepaid balance. You choose the amount and the recipient can redeem it for any of the spas or experiences available on Spalopia.com.

It can be used at any of the spas available on our website, both in Spain and Portugal (and soon in more countries).

You simply need to choose the spa you like best from those on Spalopia.com and contact them directly by phone or email to make your booking, indicating that you have a Spalopia gift card and the service you would like to enjoy.

Yes, but don't worry. Even if the card has a validity date, at Spalopia we never let it go to waste. If the date has passed, just write to us and we'll extend it without any problem.

Yes. You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund, provided it has not been used.

Of course! If you want to give it to someone else or there has been a mistake with the name, write to us and we'll update it.

Yes, the card balance must be redeemed in full in a single booking at the spa you choose.

If the cost of the chosen treatment or experience is higher than the value of the card, you can pay the difference directly at the spa reception or pay us the remaining amount by bank transfer or PayPal so we can generate a new voucher for the service you choose.

We recommend choosing an experience that matches the value of the card. If you choose one of lower price, the chosen spa itself must keep the difference for you to redeem later or offer you some extra to reach 100% of the gift card value.
