Purchasing products via www.spalopia.com implies full and unreserved acceptance by the user of the following purchase conditions. These Conditions do not cover the sale of our Products by third parties outside the Website.

SPALOPIA, S.L. may at any time modify the conditions or offers published on its website (prices, products, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions). However, the modifications will not affect in any case purchases already made by our users.

The names and brands of products and manufacturers are used solely for identification purposes. All photos, descriptions, and prices are not contractual.

Special offers, promotions, or discounts will be valid until the indicated date or until the indicated number of units is exhausted. As well as the prices indicated at the time of consulting the website.

2. How can I buy on the website?

The purchase of our products by the user is carried out and completed by following the purchase procedure described in this section.

  • The purchase will be perfected at the moment the user receives the order confirmation by email, which will detail the products purchased and these conditions.

3. Price of the products. Taxes and customs

The price indicated at all times next to our products includes IGIC. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and if a user had made a purchase decision based on said error, we will communicate this incident immediately and the user will have the right to rescind their purchase at no cost on their part.

4. What are the shipping conditions?

Once the purchase is made and the payment is verified, you will be sent the confirmation by email as well as the attached voucher in pdf.

These periods are indicative and SPALOPIA, S.L. reserves the right to delay them for reasons beyond the company. In any case, we will always try to shorten the shipping periods as much as possible to ensure a quick and efficient receipt of orders.

The agreed periods for product delivery are understood without prejudice to delays that may be caused by force majeure.

What should I do in case of delay or error in the purchase?

In case of delay, error in delivery or lost product, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to ayuda@spalopia.com where it will be handled by our customer service staff.

Where will I receive the order?

The voucher will be sent by email once payment is confirmed.

In the case of a user request for physical voucher delivery, the shipment will be made to the provided address.

5. Payment method

What payment methods can I use?

Products can be paid by card through the banking card payment platform (Visa and Mastercard) and the PayPal service.

Is the card payment system secure?

This system is totally confidential and secure and the data cannot be seen by third parties. SPALOPIA, S.L. does not store payment data made by its users. The information will be provided directly to the bank entity's payment platform.

What period do I have to withdraw from the purchase or to decide to return a product?

The user will have a period of fourteen calendar days to decide to return the 'Product' from the date of receipt thereof without incurring penalty or expense, except those corresponding to the return and without need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product by the user or an authorized third party.

What are the requirements for exercising the right of withdrawal?

If the user decides to withdraw from their purchase once the order arrives, they will have to be responsible for the original shipping costs if any.

The user may return the products by postal mail to the following address:

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs, (if any). But for this you must return or deliver the products to us directly, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw. The withdrawal period will be considered met if you return the goods before said period has expired.

How is the refund made?

SPALOPIA, S.L. will refund the product amount using the same payment method used by you at the time of purchase, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the withdrawal.

In the event that the order has been delivered we may retain the refund until we have received the products, or until you present proof of their return. When returning a 'Product', we recommend that you obtain proof of shipment thereof.

8. Legal warranty

Products sold by SPALOPIA, S.L. are covered by the legal warranty in accordance with the provisions of consumer and user regulations.

We do not cover defects caused by misuse, negligence or incorrect handling. The 'Products' sold on our Website are intended solely for the use described in the specifications of each product.

11. Force majeure

SPALOPIA, S.L. will not be responsible for any breach or delay in the fulfillment of any of the assumed obligations, when it is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure Cause).

Force Majeure Causes will include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control such as:

  • A) Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action
  • B) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparations for war
  • C) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster
  • D) Impossibility of using means of transport; Impossibility of using telecommunications systems
  • E) Acts, regulations or government restrictions

The obligations derived from these conditions will be suspended during the period of Force Majeure Cause and the period to comply with said obligations will be extended for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Cause and we will use all reasonable means to end the Force Majeure Cause or find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations despite the Force Majeure Cause.

12. Partial nullity

If any of these General Conditions were declared null and void by a firm resolution issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.

13. Applicable legislation and competent courts

Product purchase contracts through our Website and the controversies or claims that arise from them or refer to their object or celebration (including litigation or extracontractual claims) will be governed by Spanish legislation.

Any controversy that arises or is related to the use of the website or with said products will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals of the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
