Before coming to the SPA, please leave all jewelry and valuables in your room. The SPA is not responsible for any lost items.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to fill out our health assessment form and enjoy some time to relax in the peaceful atmosphere of our facilities.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Out of respect for other guests' reservations, please note that we cannot extend your treatment time if you arrive late, and the service will still be charged in full.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation made within 4 hours of the appointment will incur a 15% charge, and any subsequent booking will be subject to availability.
In the event of a no-show, the appointment will be cancelled, and a 50% charge of the total service value will be applied to your account.
